I'm Chase Oden.I like to solve problems and analyze trends in the world. |
I'm Chase Oden, a recent graduate from UC San Diego with a degree in data science.
While at UCSD, I worked as a data science tutor and as a research
assistant in a cognitive science research lab. I've been able to hone my teaching and
analytical skills through these experiences in ways that wouldn't have been possible
through my normal coursework. Since then, I've worked through data scraping, big data analytics,
machine learning, model fitting and model tuning.
My interests involve looking at data regarding information about the public as a whole,
with my personal interest laying in the field of video games. On the side, I pursue full-stack
development so that I can get a complete sense of the programming cycles out there! I'm currently
looking for ways to hone my data science skills and really utilize the skills and experience I
was able to extract from my years at UCSD.
